We loved our stay - great family atmosphere. The owners are so friendly & welcoming. We loved the pool & the sense of space. We will definitely be back. The area is lovely too.

Offering a seasonal salted outdoor swimming pool, Le Village Enchanteur is a holiday park with chalets located in La Chapelle-Aubareil, at the heart of a forest, a 5-minute drive from Lascaux Caves. A delightfully, friendly couple greeted us on arrival. The cottages are very clean and tidy. Excellent walk in shower. Roomy accommodations. The kitchen is well equipped. The peaceful, quiet setting in the forest. And a great base location to explore the Cro Magnon sites, Beynac, Sarlat, etc... . Excellent. We would stay here again.

Set in the woods, Castelwood is a 10-minute walk from the Chateau de Biron, 20 km south of the Dordogne valley. The estate has an outdoor swimming pool and spacious rentals with a terrace. We stayed in the tree house which is truly amazing, It has all the facilities that you could possibly need and more and is so comfortable. We have had the most relaxing break in the forest location which gave us the feeling that we were so close to nature in our 'get away from it all' weeks holiday. The location is near to the many beautiful towns, villages and local attractions so there's so much to explore. The hosts are super friendly, they are close enough as in if we needed help they are there but not at all intrusive. The only disappointment we felt was that our holiday was not long enough but we will certainly return in the near future.

Beautiful and charming Domaine in a beautiful environment. Spacious rooms, very friendly owners and staff, good breakfast and a very nice pool.

Offering an outdoor, covered swimming pool, and a bar, Les Chalets du Périgord is located in Sarlat-la-Canéda. Free WiFi access is available. Very nice little camping, nice hosts, easy communication. Great location in the Périgord region, for all the prehistoric sites. The cabin was spacious, mattresses good, it was a rainy and cold April day, but when we started the radiators the room was heated in no time. Bathroom small but sufficient. Everything very clean. Coffee machine with 3 complimentary capsules (thoughtful that 2 were for coffee, 1 for hot chocolate, as we were travelling with our 8-year old son). The pool was well kept and functioning, which was great as we arrived at 5 pm on a rainy day. The breakfast was plentiful, coffee good. Also, the owners provide a lot of information about the area. Really, the only regret was that we were there just for a night.

Located 1 km from the medieval town of Sarlat, Les Chalets d'Argentouleau offers a panoramic view of the town. The bungalows are great, with plenty of space around, in calm surroundings, and with great views. The whole site is not very big, which adds to the good atmosphere. All personnel members were very friendly and helpful. The common area, with a.o. laundromats, and a great swimming pool, table tennis, and a free pool billiards table and table football table was great. My son loved it so much, we spend one full day there. They also sell good cocktails, tapas and paella for reasonable prices, which adds a lot to the comfort. The site is a nice downwards stroll away of medieval Sarlat, though it's a pretty steep climb back. But you can also go by car, and park below at a free parking on the road below to avoid the climb back. The site is also a 5 minute drive away of a big Carrefour shopping center. And Sarlat is also very near the Dordogne and Vezere valley, so it's a great place to stay.

This Lagrange Vacances Les Bastides de Lascaux is located 1.5 km from Montignac town centre, on the Vezere River. It has a semi-covered heated swimming pool and a sauna and steam room. Excellent value when traveling off season in September, patio was great in the evening, slept with the window open every night with the only sound an owl in the the local woods.

Situated in the heart of the Périgord Noir region, 25 kilometres from Sarlat, Résidence Odalys Le Hameau du Moulin is ideal for family holidays and offers charming maisonettes and apartments equipped... This is not a hotel for a couple. The small apartment was full of bedrooms and beds upstairs, and the toilette was downstairs. Not very comfortable. There was no privacy as all the outside areas were all connected. We arrived on the 14th of July and there was no soap and very little toilette paper. As it was a holiday, everything was shut! Extremely annoying! Too expensive for what we got!
