A lovely welcome from the manager on duty when we arrived and needed to store our suitcases. Superb breakfast on offer and lovely swimming pool facilities as well as a rooftop bar overlooking St Paul’s. Thank you for a great stay.

The TV provided entertainment. The bed was comfortable, the bath shower arrangement was good, hot and sufficient water pressure. The desk was sufficient for my laptop and documents, and the sofa was nice feature. The lighting was adequate. There was no noise from the lift.

Breakfast loads of choice and really lovely staff we had the restaurant bar which food was fantastic really great service and great entertainment. View mins walk down to London eye if ur don’t mind a walk tube not to fare walk loads around hotel . Pool was busy small pool loads of family’s great shows for kids on hotel.
