Really well maintained, new and stylish, good quality products, amazing sauna, spa and swimming pool facilities with towels provided, friendly check in and check out. Close to restaurants and shops, city centre and the Convention Centre. Great place!
Property was clean, non smoking & family friendly room. Ample parking space available. Swimming pool was well maintained. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available.
I like the indoor swimming pool
And we dined in on Friday night. Had some excellent food (esp Asian Tuna Tartar) and service.
We were warm comfortable and well fed. Parking and breakfast included 😀
Great location. Plenty of parking. Clean and tidy. Comfortable queen bed. Quiet motel. Best nights sleeping for 3x night stay. Fluffy towels and good linen. Tea and coffee making in room. Choice of aircon or heater in room. Aircon kept us cosy. Staff welcoming and efficient. Breakfast available extra cost next to Reception. Amusement and entertainment pamphlets at Reception. Laundry available. Snack machine in lobby.
The location is spectacular, the city center, close to a park
Rooms are clean and tidy. Not too big though
Children entertainment is very good. 24h kids room with a ping-pong and interactive game, also an arcade video console in the lobby.
It's great to have other parking options than just on-site parking
This is the third time we have stayed at the Capital Country Holiday Park and we continue to enjoy it each time.
Despite being a short distance from the city, it is very easy to enter the main part of Canberra by driving straight in.
The combination of pool, jumping pillow, mini golf and tennis courts providing more than enough entertainment.
The campfire and cooking facilities are also an excellent inclusion.
The only thing we don't enjoy is the terrible tap water, but the ability to access rain water avoids any issues.
There are lots of activities for children, teenagers and adults to keep occupied here: swimming pool with additional toddlers pool, splash park, half basketball court, table tennis and more. In times without Covid this would be an amazing place to stay and enjoy all these facilities. The shower in the cabin had plenty of hot water and worked well. The location of the caravan park was gorgeous - set on a hill surrounded by bushland.
