This was the best hotel we stayed in on our 7 day Vietnam trip ! Even though we stayed in fancy beach hotels in Da nang, this hotel was still better. It was amazing !! The hotel has a high fashion aesthetic and is ultra clean, comfortable and friendly. It is also much closer to Hoi an old town than we thought. We stayed for 2 nights in 2 different rooms and both rooms were so beautiful and unique. When we arrived , the owner, a very kind man, took our luggage so quickly and made us feel so welcome. We checked in easily and could enjoy the room. Afterward, we could rent free bicycles and cycle to Hoi an. It’s easy to park anywhere here. When you want to rent bicycles, the owner is always so kind, he runs and sets up the bikes for you outside , always with a smile! We used them 3 times during our stay . It was so fun ! During our stay, I had planned to propose to my girlfriend on the beach and had requested to have the room decorated with rose petals and a cake . They did much better than that and decorated with balloons, beautiful rose petals in the bath, sink and bed , wine and a beautiful stylish cake. It was all free ! The only thing we had to pay for was the cake ! The main receptionist Jenny was ultra nice . While planning, I was in touch with her every step of the way for the big surprise. She helped me so much !! Staying at this hotel was like staying with a family. At night time , around 10pm in Hoi an, you will find it difficult to get a Grab taxi. We couldn’t find one so we ended up trying to walk back to the hotel. Jenny contacted us because she was worried and got the kind owner to pick us up quickly on his bike for free . It was a really fun experience and we couldn’t believe how much they cared about their guests. They will always try to help you with anything you need. Lastly the facilities were great! The pool has the perfect temperature and showers water pressure was perfect! The baths are also a decent size so you can enjoy them easily.

Very quiet location, walking distance to Old town (twenty minutes), ten minutes by bycyle or grab. Nice pool on the roof. You can go easily to the beach by bycyle or grab or scooter. Excellent fresh breakfast.

Nastanitev Gioan Boutique Villa se nahaja v Hoi Anu in ponuja restavracijo, skupno kuhinjo, bar, vrt, celoletni zunanji bazen, teraso za sončenje ter pogled na bazen. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was very comfortable with wonderful pillows. The AC was quiet and it was a bright room with lots of windows and a balcony. Vina and Happy were super helpful and spoke very good English. It was just a short walk into town and I liked being just out of the noise and melee. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!
