I was very happy to see a drawer full of coffee and cream, make my heart sings. :)

We were fortunate enough to book all 5 rooms at the Boutique Inn for 5 couples staying in town for my husbands 40th birthday. From the beginning communication with Maria was consistent, clear and helpful. I even mailed her decorations and arranged to have food brought in, etc. for everyone's arrival from the airport and my husbands surprise. Jose was also in constant communication leading up to our stay to ensure that everything went smoothly and I really cannot thank them enough for that. I had a million questions and they were patient and helpful with each and every one of them! The house itself is amazing. If you know the island you know that you won't find a better location. A stones throw from the beach, bridge street and the trolley. You will be able to walk anywhere you want to go. The amenities were above and beyond. Each of the five rooms are designed beautifully and different yet all have the same luxuries including the nice bathrooms, king sized beds (super comfy), customized AC units, fridge and coffee pot and each room even provided champagne, robes and slippers. We were blessed to find this level of amenities for 10 people outside of a traditional hotel. The shared spaces down by the pool/hot tub and upstairs in the game area/kitchen were perfect common areas for our group. We wished we would have used the roof top deck more in the mornings! The view with a cup of coffee is unlike any other! We LOVED this house and Maria and Mark went above and beyond thinking of everything as usual. This was not our first time staying at one of their properties and it certainly will not be our last. We can't thank them for sharing this property with all of us.

This was a very lovely, comfortable and clean home. Great value for the money. We stay in Airbnb’s, etc whenever we go out of town, and this one was without exception, excellent!! Would definitely rent again!

Nature Coast Getaway #1 - Cozy 2 Bedroom ligger i Homosassa, 3,4 km från Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, 4,5 km från Homosassa Springs och 36 km från Weeki Wachee Springs. It’s a HOME, not just a place to stay. The host thought of every little detail and then added some more. Every amenity you could think of they had whether it be a blender or a bougie board for the beach. Charcoal for the BBQ, you got it. Bible in the nightstand, of course. Extra set of sheets just in case, you gotcha. They even had a dog bowl and bed for the furry guests too. This was the most comfortable airbnb I’ve ever booked. Host was also super helpful when we had questions, would definitely book again.

There's always a little anxiety when staying in a rental property.... Rest assured, from the moment we opened the door we felt at peace & at ease. Patrick's home is fresh, crisp and well appointed. Yes it hits the big 5: Clean, comfortable, secure(quiet), well equipped & HOT WATER! We walked to dinner at the "Pearl & Horn" (swanky) and there's a brew pub and a pizza shop nearby. We Uber'd by choice to the downtown area. Thank you again Patrick, you made our stay memorable! Tim M.

When in Naples!!! Pool Villa-Attached, 3 miles to the Beach ligger i Naples, 4,2 km från Tin City och 12 minuters promenad från Collier Museum of The Everglades, och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi,... Accommodation is great and fully equipped. Host is really helpful and very friendly. The location is very pleasant as you can reach the beach in a few minutes by car and there is a good infrastructure.

Cozy AF Medusa the Bus-Lux ligger i Tampa, 11 km från MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre, 11 km från Raymond James Stadium och 13 km från Busch Gardens, och erbjuder boende med en uteplats och... Fabulous amenities and great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend to friends, especially with how attentive the host is. It did need a little more love in the cleanliness department, speckles in the sinks and a foggy look to the jacuzzi tub. Regardless we had a great time and will be back
