We were fortunate enough to book all 5 rooms at the Boutique Inn for 5 couples staying in town for my husbands 40th birthday. From the beginning communication with Maria was consistent, clear and helpful. I even mailed her decorations and arranged to have food brought in, etc. for everyone's arrival from the airport and my husbands surprise. Jose was also in constant communication leading up to our stay to ensure that everything went smoothly and I really cannot thank them enough for that. I had a million questions and they were patient and helpful with each and every one of them! The house itself is amazing. If you know the island you know that you won't find a better location. A stones throw from the beach, bridge street and the trolley. You will be able to walk anywhere you want to go. The amenities were above and beyond. Each of the five rooms are designed beautifully and different yet all have the same luxuries including the nice bathrooms, king sized beds (super comfy), customized AC units, fridge and coffee pot and each room even provided champagne, robes and slippers. We were blessed to find this level of amenities for 10 people outside of a traditional hotel. The shared spaces down by the pool/hot tub and upstairs in the game area/kitchen were perfect common areas for our group. We wished we would have used the roof top deck more in the mornings! The view with a cup of coffee is unlike any other! We LOVED this house and Maria and Mark went above and beyond thinking of everything as usual. This was not our first time staying at one of their properties and it certainly will not be our last. We can't thank them for sharing this property with all of us.

It’s a HOME, not just a place to stay. The host thought of every little detail and then added some more. Every amenity you could think of they had whether it be a blender or a bougie board for the beach. Charcoal for the BBQ, you got it. Bible in the nightstand, of course. Extra set of sheets just in case, you gotcha. They even had a dog bowl and bed for the furry guests too. This was the most comfortable airbnb I’ve ever booked. Host was also super helpful when we had questions, would definitely book again.

There's always a little anxiety when staying in a rental property.... Rest assured, from the moment we opened the door we felt at peace & at ease. Patrick's home is fresh, crisp and well appointed. Yes it hits the big 5: Clean, comfortable, secure(quiet), well equipped & HOT WATER! We walked to dinner at the "Pearl & Horn" (swanky) and there's a brew pub and a pizza shop nearby. It was clean, comfortable and relaxing. We loved spending time by the pool, it had lots of floaties for our little one. Also the grill area looked very clean and nice, even though we didn’t have a chance to use it. The location was really close to 5th avenue, also the beaches, shopping malls and great restaurants. The host was very responsive with everything we needed and also respectful of our privacy. The villa is pretty big with three bedrooms, so if you’re traveling with a bigger company, that would be a great deal!

Fabulous amenities and great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend to friends, especially with how attentive the host is. It did need a little more love in the cleanliness department, speckles in the sinks and a foggy look to the jacuzzi tub. Regardless we had a great time and will be back
