Situated within 200 metres of Haad Rin Nai Beach and 1.5 km of Haad Rin Nok Beach, Joy Houses features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Haad Rin. I’m rarely ranking 10 but joy houses deserve it ! Mostly because of the owner Amit hospitality. Amit really care about your stay and helps a lot with information and everything you need ! He even gave me a ride to the pier when I checked out ! The place itself is brand new and location on beautiful spot on hills with epic view to ocean . The room is super clean and modern AC and hot water works perfectly. Bed is comfortable and luxurious. Location is few minutes walk from Haad Rin beach and ( both sides ) recommend on Leela beach - amazing pearl of a beach ! . What can I say more .. absolutely great experience.

Boasting a balcony with pool views, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, T villas can be found in Thong Nai Pan Yai, close to Thong Nai Pan Yai Beach and 2.2 km from Thong Nai Pan Noi Beach. We booked this villa at the last minute after our original booking on a different beach on Koh Phangan proved unsuitable (it lacked air-conditioning and we were there during an intense heat wave). This place is a dream. The villa is gorgeous, spacious, spotlessly clean, well furnished and built using really high quality materials. Everything is top class. The bed was amazingly comfy, the kitchen very nicely equipped, and the private infinity plunge pool was just amazing. The villa is literally yards away from a beautiful beach and supplies can be bought at the small village nearby that was within walking distance. The villa was cleaned almost daily, new towels provided several times during our 5 day stay, the pool was beautifully maintained, as were the grounds. The manager lives nearby and was always available if we had questions or concerns. She even arranged to have our laundry done. By Thai standards, it is relatively expensive, but we absolutely loved our stay here and felt it was definitely worth the expense.

Located in Koh Phangan, 300 metres from Srithanu Beach and 1.2 km from Chao Phao Beach, Zen Beach Lake Villa 1 provides air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. The vila was high enough for 4 persons. Really nice view and it was very close to zen beach and all the main area. Matan was great host and the communication with him was easy.
