We had a ground floor unit and found it really well appointed. The greenery in the gardens made it really nice and gave us the privacy we wanted too. The owner was on hand and super helpful. There is shaded secure parking and the apartments are within easy walking distance to restaurants, a supermarket, local shops and the beach. We found it good value for money, especially after staying in other not-so-nice places in other areas during our stay.

Brand new villa with modern amenities and fully equipped. Ideal for both short and long term stays. Neighborhood is very quiet and very nice. Two parking spaces available within the property. The villa is well maintained and was clean. Outdoor seating arrangements are good as well. 10/10

This stay was a high light of my trip and since I'm the first reviewer will give a thorough description of my experience. I stayed for 2 nights. It is a ground floor large 2 bedroom apartment in a 2 bedroom house in a residential neighborhood with the hosts residing upstairs. The house is located very close the hustle and bustle of Port Louis and since I drove getting around was very convenient. There was private parking on site. The hosts were always on hand in case something was needed and wenr above and beyond in so many ways. I have a new friend in their neice Maansi. The 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is fantastic and has all the amenities that were available at the other 2 apartments I stayed at while in Mauritius as well: washing machine, TV. There was wifi however I never connected to it to know the speeds. Additionally, it was so comfortable because there are so many options for spaces to lounge: living room, formal dining room, table in the kitchen, and front porch. The kitchen was stocked with a stove, water heater, toaster oven, toaster, rice cooker, microwave and refrigerator. It was immaculately clean. The bedrooms both had 1 large bed in them. One had a fan and the other had A/C. A note about their dogs because it will absolutely affect your stay: Snow is/was a puppy when I came and very exciteable. He barked a LOT. While this was scary when I first arrived because I do not know the dog, it turns out that he is the SWEETEST dog and wouldn't hurt a fly. He lives upstairs with the host and they were able to keep him separated whenever needed but even if he's in the yard barking when you come and go there is no need to be worried. He is very curious and wanted to get to know me but barked loudly the whole time even after we had gotten to know each other.

The owners are really nice, very helpful and welcoming!! The place is clean tidy and cosy, will definitely recommend to everyone!!

Ubytovanie Villa moderne 3 bedroom - Grand Baie sa nachádza v destinácii Pereybere 2,7 km od miesta Pláž Pointe aux Roches Beach a 2,7 km od miesta Pláž Bain Boeuf Beach. We liked everything about the property. Zaïd was the most wonderful host, helping us with advice along our trip, thoughtful and available whenever we needed something. The house is spacious, beautiful, comfortable and very well equipped, and the yard is also a great place to chill. The location is reachable by car, and there aren’t many houses around, so no trouble with the neighbours either. The location is great for reaching Grand Baie and the surroundings shortly. We had a wonderful stay, probably the best we ever found on booking. We would definitely come again and recommend it to anyone visiting Mauritius.

The bungalow apartment is very cozy with three air conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and a living area. Perfect for four of us. Nice terrace with direct access to the beach through 20 meters of garden / grass. The location in Trou aux Biches is excellent, supermarket ~100 meters, many quality restaurants within walking distance (~500 meters). Easy access by bus or taxi e.g. to Grand Baie, Port Louis etc. Communication with host was fast and accurate. Francoise (and Andre) made us feel very welcome, accommodated our wishes on early arrival and late departure. Maid was available for cleaning except for Sunday, she was very nice too. Perfect 10 days in Trou aux Biches.
