Our host, Noelle, was very helpful and friendly when our GPS brought us to her home instead of the cottage. We weren't familiar with EIRcodes - it was our fault for the confusion. The cottage was great for two couples. We also had an additional guest, for one overnight, and the accommodations and linens were more than adequate. Took lots of pictures of the great kitchen! Parking was generous. Very nice yard with privacy. Showers were great!

The cottage was located in a large property with excellent facilities. We met Maggie on arrival who made us feel welcomed instantly. Mike was an incredible host - generous and kind.

Location was quiet but close to all amenities and train station. Has everything you need for short or long stay, exactly as pictures very cosy and lovely furnishings. Very clean.

The view is exceptional. We stayed in one of the newer 'pods' which I highly recommend. Due to an unforeseen issue, we had to extend our stay for an additional 2 nights (fortunately they were able to accommodate us) and Nadine was super and on hand to assist as needed. I would definitely return and highly recommend.

Friendly staff and owner. 15 minutes from Wicklow. Clean. TV with a zillion channels, DVD player with Mr. Bean collection. Even fast WiFi, which I wasn't expecting!

Beautiful location, room was out of this world. Compact but exceptionally finished. Incredible view, outdoor shower was super cool. Would have loved a hot tub, that would just make the place next level. Couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password but they did let us check in early so it wasn’t quite ready, but in all honesty wish we had stayed longer and had a proper off grid few days. Will 100% be back

The Retreat is located centrally in the Medieval village of Carlingford 400 meters to the coast, it is 12 minutes drive to the local beach. There is free parking available. The location is absolutely amazing. The house is super clean and very well equipped. We were overwhelmingly with this property. Would highly recommend it.
