Great luxury villas. All staff are brilliant and couldn't do enough!! From booking with Katerina to our stay. The meals were great and prices were same as in town but delivered to your villa by Nic and the team!! The surroundings and views are brilliant. Only a shirt 5 min drive to Kos town or a taxi for around €8. Pools are not heated only by the sun so as we were there in October it was too cold to use them but there was a rare cold wind while we were on the island which added to the temperature. There is a great gym and free airport transfer for guests. All in all a great stay and will return.

AnamneZia Luxury Suites has sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Kos Town, 6.7 km from Paleo Pili. With pool views, this accommodation offers a patio and a swimming pool. The location of the hotel was amazing. It’s style and design was perfect. Room was so clean and nice. You can have breakfast at your balcony. Fofi was so helpful and she answered all of my questions kindly. Thanks for everything again and thanks for the beautiful place.

Boasting mountain views, Villa Rosa - Luxury Villas with Panoramic Views offers accommodation with balcony, around 5.5 km from Paleo Pili. The villa was definitely luxurious, very well-equipped, and spotless. A lovely touch was the heating of the pool, which featured jacuzzi-styled jets. Bearing in mind we travelled in October, the poolside of the villa receives no sun. However, there is a charming patio which was perfectly suitable for sunbathing, we loved going into the pool to cool off! Our host had thought of everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The location is in an idyllic spot in the Kos mountainside with stunning views and walkable to the charming town of Zia.

Situated within 3.5 km of Asclepieion of Kos and 4.1 km of Kos Port, Ta Spitakia offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Kos Town. This was our second visit to this property and it was as amazing as the first time. It is in a very quiet area in lovely grounds, the houses are great with everything you would need and spotlessly clean all the time thanks to Netzmin. The lady that runs the booking is always available for anything you need on whatsapp and nothing is too much trouble. The houses are close to Kos Town but you would need a car or taxi to get there as a bit far to walk. I cannot recommend this property enough and we will definitely want to return.

My uncle and I recently stayed at Evgenia's House in Kos, Greece, and it was absolutely brilliant. The place was spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any questions we had. They welcomed us with wine, beer, olives, and other treats, and even stopped by during our stay with fresh figs and eggs. These thoughtful touches made our stay even more memorable. I highly recommend Evgenia's House for anyone looking for a fantastic and personal experience in Kos!

Villa Kares consists of 3 joined houses. Villa Kares I is used by the owner's family. Villa Kares II and III are rented out to external guests. The family that runs the rental are very nice people. They are careful and follow up on appointments, and if you need something in the house or need help, they are only 5 minutes away. Villa Kares III is a brand new house with fully equipped kitchen and living room with large TV and everything you need for a good holiday. On the first floor, there are very good beds in the two bedrooms. The house has two beautiful bathrooms with showers both on the ground floor and first floor. All rooms are cooled by modern air conditioning, which ensures a constant 21 degrees throughout the house. The pool area is inviting and beautifully landscaped with really good sunbeds and a very clean pool, which Mr. Nikos takes care every day, just as he waters the plants in the garden. The location of the house is perfect because it is in a quiet and fashionable residential area, but with only 15-20 min. to Kos Old Town and even closer to several good restaurants. Overall, the Villa Kares houses are a unique gem that should be kept a secret from other guests so they don't wear out this beautiful property. We give the landlord and the property our best recommendations and look forward to coming back.

We had amazing time and priceless memories with my friend. We felt like we were living in our own space, it was so cozy environment. Nice, quiet, clean and great location. Featuring a terrace with mountain views, a garden and a bar, Pirgali Stone house can be found in Ampavris, close to Kos Town Beach and 1.9 km from Lambi Beach. This house is absolutely amazing! It’s just a bit above the city, so you’re perfectly secluded from the noise and crowds, enjoying a peaceful retreat. The garden is gorgeous, and we loved spending our time around the big table out there. Plus, there’s a market just a few minutes away with everything you might need, and the staff there are super friendly. And here’s the cherry on top: the house is surrounded by incredible historical sites from Roman and ancient times. You’ll be in close proximity to places like the Odeon, the Aqueduct, Casa Romana, and the ruins of the ancient city of Nymphaion, dedicated to the Nymphs. It’s like stepping into a history book right from your doorstep! The house has air conditioning, which kept things cool, and there’s a lovely breeze on Kos, so it’s nice to just keep the windows open. We also had access to a fantastic pool with a bar at a hotel nearby—just a short walk away. Getting to Lambi Beach was easy too; we went by car, bike, or even walked. Kostas, the host, is wonderful! He met us at the bus station, drove us to the house, and made sure we had everything we needed. He’s full of helpful tips and genuinely cares about making your stay great. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need, and there’s a TV with Netflix and fast Wi-Fi. The beds are super comfy, and the whole place is so quiet—it’s perfect for a good night’s sleep. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Everything about this house is top-notch!
