The landlord is very sensitive and a good person. Everything was available in the house. The location is very good, the house is spotlessly clean. We could not use the garden because it was winter, but it was a very beautiful garden. We were very pleased as a family. Thank you very much for everything.

Overall we were very happy with the property and the location was within walking distance to Karfas beach.

Thanks to very friendly and helpful owners. There are 3 villas, we rented Dimitris Villa and it has 2 rooms and saloon, kitchen and 1 bathroom. It also has veranda and terrace. There are all necessary tools and wares in kitchen. Even they kept ice for us in the fridge. :) There was a parking lot for each villa. We asked them to extend check out time up to 4pm and they accepted. There were no employee at residances, we got keys from a keybox with a password and left at same place with same style. Place was close to Chios city centre(15min), market(10min), restaurants(1min) and cafes(1min). And there was a very good beach at only 30meter distance. Shortly, it was very good place. You should go!
