The delightful inn has comfortable motel-style rooms with free Wi-Fi and Freeview TV. Rooms are in a separate annexe in the inn’s grounds. Everything went well - I was greeted warmly and I was shown to my accommodation which was nice and cosy with many modern appliances. I was served at the bar by a chap called Peter who was very helpful with the choices of drinks. Later that evening I was joined by my Sister and Brother in law. I slept well and its the first hotel in a number of stays this year where I had biscuits with the Tea! Breakfast was again really good value and very nice, the waitress was very attentive and I cannot fault any part of my stay.

The property is non-smoking and is located 8 km from Saint Botolph's Burgh. We loved our stay at Sun Lane Cottage. The cottage was so warm and cozy, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was cleaned to a really high standard and had a lovely atmosphere. Fran had thought of everything, from an iron to a clothes steamer and cooking utensils, and even special treats for when we checked in. We managed to get parking directly outside the property, and the cottage was well located for visiting Woodbridge. Fran very generously let us have early check in so we had time to get ready for a wedding that we were attending. It was perfect, and our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.
