Bwthyn y porthmyn has a terrace and is located in Llandovery, within just 400 metres of Llandovery Castle and 700 metres of Llandovery Golf Club. We opened the doors to wonderful old world charm, it was roomy, with a modern kitchen and bathroom, upstairs we found a king size bed which was luscious. In the kitchen we found these wonderful surprises, a beautiful cob loaf, some Welsh cookies, jams and butters which were absolutely delicious and a number of small packets of cereals and in the fridge a bottle of milk and a large carton of orange juice . A warm heater in the lounge which looked like an open fire added to the lovely ambiance. In the the backyard we discovered another wonderful surprise, including a well equipped laundry room. So fellow travelers if you wanting to stay in Llandovery I REALLY SUGGEST YOU STAY HERE, we stayed for 3 days and wished we had booked a week, finally the price was very reasonable. thank you so much to our lovely hosts, from we travelers from Australia.

Pen-Y-Worlod Cottages has garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Abergavenny, 48 km from University of South Wales - Cardiff Campus. The cottage is convenient to Abergavenny and within a short driving distance of many local attractions. There's a Waitrose just down the road to stock up on provisions if you stay for several days as we did.

Featuring city views, Number 22, Castle Street provides accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 4.1 km from Clifford Castle. A very comfortable and exceptional property in a great location. Every minute detail was catered for. In our case travelling for many weeks with two heavy suitcases we were thrilled on check in to find two suitcase stands so we could each access our things from a reasonable height. Only wish we could have stayed longer this time but will definitely be back to do that and highly recommend 22 Castle Street to anyone wanting to spend time in Hay.

Vale Farm Cottages are set on a farm 6.4 km from the Brecon Beacons National Park. The pet-friendly cottages feature either a sun room or a balcony offering mountain views. The cottage was amazing and the facilities were a great addition. The view was outstanding, watching the sun rise every morning from the cottage window was beautiful. Having access to the spa and pool after a day of exploring helped us to relax and unwind. The children loved having their own upstairs space along with all the outside space for playing and running around.

Situated 49 km from University of South Wales - Cardiff Campus, 49 km from Motorpoint Arena Cardiff and 49 km from Cardiff Castle, Wales' Highest Village - The Chartist Cottage - Trefil provides... Cottage is amazing, I would love to come back as soon as possible. Quiet, clean, beautiful interiors, felt super cozy. Was much bigger than I expected, bed was comfy, and internet worked perfectly. All was great.

Hay Retreats, a property with a garden, is set in Hay-on-Wye, 3.8 km from Clifford Castle, 13 km from Kinnersley Castle, as well as 19 km from Longtown Castle. A spacious and clean apartment with plenty of room for our family of four. We really enjoyed the location just around the corner from the main clock tower, and luckily in town during the Thursday farmers market, which was lovely. The apartment was well furnished with comfy couch and two arm chairs on main floor (with plenty of board games to keep us occupied), full size dining table on bottom floor with a large outdoor area overlooking the river and large kitchen. Bedrooms were comfy and our kids loved their twin bedded room. Overall, a fantastic stay!
