The house is beautiful, large, spacious, and wonderfully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need, and there are even toys available for the children. We loved the tree and the Christmas decorations. It truly feels like home. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the showers are lovely. There is a huge garden for the dog to run around in, and beautiful paths for walking. It is not an isolated place at all; it is situated in a peaceful and serene area where you can enjoy sunsets and dawns, with other houses nearby but max privacy. The self check-in is very convenient, with easy instructions, and reaching the house is really simple. Sophie was wonderful, always available via message and extremely kind. Supermarkets are just a 10-minute drive away, and Arras with its restaurants is about the same distance. We will definitely visit again! Thank you, Sophie, from all of us, our furry baby included.

Located in Arras, the recently renovated La Maison du Général De Gaulle provides accommodation 18 km from Bollaert-Delelis Stadium and 27 km from Ecole des Mines de Douai.

A beautiful house, comfortable beds, sympathetically restored and tastefully furnished. Comprising of ground floor toilet, lounge and kitchen/diner. On the first floor one ensuite double bedroom, a toilet, a double bedroom with shower and a beautiful inner courtyard. A ladder leads to two single beds in the attic. The lovely owner Annais met us outside with the keys and could not have been more helpful. She gave us the use of her personal parking space for the duration of our stay. The house is very near a Carrefour supermarket and within walking distance of the town centre.

    Great location, right in the middle of the city. There are flexible sleeping options for up to 6 people which was great for our family. Everything was very clean and the host was very friendly. The apartment has a lot of charm and the roof terrace is a great asset. There is even a piano downstairs if you fancy tinkling the ivories.

    Great apartment - if you come in summer highly advisable to bring a fan as it was extremely muggy during the night. Very clean, very comfy, pool was a lovely addition to cool down in the evening. Everything you needed in the town and the free car parking was a bonus!
