The room was very clean and the common areas super comfortable - we got to see so many wild animals around! Ainara was a great help beforehand and during our stay, with great recommendations on food and transportation.

Very clean, quiet, ideally situated. We did the night walk/boat with Gloria and Sergio which was amazing, definitely worth doing. If you need a taxi boat or want to do a tour of the canals, go through Owen, their friend. The traditional breakfast was delicious.SHARONYoung couple

Extraordinarily well organized! The hotel sent perfect information about where to park and how to get to the ferry. Both at the Parking lot and the ferry Harbour at tortuguro there were hotel guides to support with payment, directions etc. It was easy to prebook tours, we liked the kayak morning tour a lot. Do bring cash.
