You feel like it's home. Achref, the "head of personnel" was vey kind, friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was also easy and the responses swift. The pool was nice, the dinner as well, the room clean and spacious and had style! There is a room with plenty of toys which our small one enjoyed a lot.
