A perfect location - few minutes away from the Amstredam Centraal, but very, very quite with a nice canal view right in front of the doors and good places to have breakfast / lunch just around the corner (or, across the bridge - to be more precise) . The room is not too big. In fact, it's quite ascetic - though there is a private bathroom with shower and bed is very comfortable - much better comparing to well known hotel chains in Europe. The building is historic, which means one sometimes can hear some noises from other persons living there (like somebody climbing stairs), but that definitely is a minor thing - it just confirms the authenticity of the building. David is very friendly and helpful person. It's easy and pleasant to communicate with him and to agree about the details.

Right in the heart of Amsterdam, situated within a short distance of Amsterdam Central Station and Royal Palace Amsterdam, Aris Amsterdam offers free WiFi, air conditioning and household amenities... The apartment was just as described. The host met us at the apartment, went over the layout and how to work the heat/air and gave us some tips to avoid any trouble and tips of things to do. Also has a big binder with restaurant recommendations all organized by kind of food and distance from the apartment. Same for points of interest/attractions with directions to get there. House keeping came by every day to restock the towels, coffee/tea and clean. Overall it exceeded our expectations! We would definitely stay here again!
