Where to begin, this place is just absolutely stunning and amazing!! You will stay in a Japanese home which offers unparalleled hospitality and comfort! The owner teleports in an instant to help you with any inquiry or question that you may have, will give you a short overview of Matsumoto and the surrounding areas and provide even more suggestions and where are the best spots to eat and visit depending on the season! He also took the extra mile to bring a translator device with him so communication is as smooth as possible. Everything that you need to do basic house chores is free of charge as long as he has it, oven, microwave, kettles, washing machines, dryer, TV, comfortable sofas, kitchenware, and etc., I felt so at home when I stayed here. (For the washing machine and dryer, you have to pay a couple of yen, around 100-400) What blew my mind the most is during at night, when you go outside the house at around 2-3AM the sky is just so full of stars! There's also a lot of crows in the morning so it's quite a show to behold. I would definitely recommend staying at this place, it's just a different wonderful experience in Japan where you stay and live like a local in the Japanese country side. Location wise is excellent as well as there's a mall called Aeon Mall just a few steps across, you can easily walk around from here to some restaurants, shopping areas and such, Nawate street is just a few walks away.

It was amazing, in a perfect location right in the heart of the hip, tourist area of Matsumoto, with excellent facilities and a great chill lounge. The owners were super friendly and run a café/bar downstairs. Plus, there is free (real, high quality) coffee available all the time.

Not difficult to visit as they provide pick up at Shiojiri train station. Owner (Wakuw and Ayano) who's switch their city life back into nature are so kind and give us very warm welcome. there is a camp ground nearby and we can have a short walk amidst the nature scene. if required. they can provide you breakfast and dinner that you should try as Wakuw San was a chef from Tokyo who back to nature life.

Cam the lodge manager is an absolute legend!! helped us out getting to and from the lodge to the bus stop - breakfast was 11/10 and would happily pay money for the included breakfast we received, Cafe quality!!

Em Nozawa Onsen, a 32 km de Parque dos Macacos Jigokudani, Togoro dispõe de quartos com vistas da montanha e acesso Wi-Fi gratuito. Location was so convenient. So many Onsens close by. Wonderful, friendly and very helpful hosts.

The staff are an amazing couple, they helped us greatly in our short time there. Very clean Very comfortable beds and room They offer a ride to the train station if you contact them in advance.

The property is really clean and very comfortable. It’s so close to restaurants, convenient store and the Hakuba bus station. The most I like is the owner of the property treated us like the family or I think more than family. They picked up and dropped us from and to the bis station, showed the restaurant, and dropped and pickup us to ski resort. The owner, Chikako san helped us to find Ski school for our children who experienced snow for the first time. The other co owner, Koji san even helped us to talk to Ski school that didn’t speak good English. We will definitely come back again.

Shioriya localiza-se em Nagano, a cerca de 7,6 km de Estação Ferroviária de Nagano e 10 km de Templo Zenkoji. It’s beautiful! The Japanese architectural details are so lovely. I learned a lot about the hotel and the design. The history of furniture in their family. The husband and wife who run Shioriya are so kind and welcoming. They went above and beyond. It was truly a great place to stay. I started my day smiling with them every day.
