The well thought design of the property was beautiful making it such a calming and comforting place. The blanket was very soft and the location was perfect near the beach and near the main road. Looking back, my time there was very relaxing and refreshing. Would definitely love to revisit !

The lady at Casa is super nice. There was no water yet she gave me a kettle and a tea table. The room is enough for 2 compared to general size in Japan. I am totally satisfied. Location is perfect, close to Hase Dera and Big Budha, less than 5 mins to the Hase station, and opposite to the bus station. Lots of food around.

Situated 48 km from Shuzen-ji Temple, Irori Guest House Tenmaku offers 1-star accommodation in Hakone and has a bar. The place feels extremely traditional, and the staff was very welcoming, introducing us to the traditions. If possible EAT DINNER there, it is a unique experience for tourists, and the staff makes sure it is great. The place is extremely clean, and beds are relatively comfortable. If you plan to visit the open air museum there is no better location.

Open in April 2017, Field Hakone Resort is set in Hakone, a 6-minute walk from Sengokuannaishomae Bus Stop. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and free private parking is available on... Great location, spacious room and very clean and tidy. The owner was very helpful and it was important for him that we make the best of our time there. He helped us build a schedule to see all of the main attractions as well as some off the beaten track recommendations to see other exceptional sightings. While we were staying there he checked with us a few times to make sure we're ok and don't need anything else. Overall a very pleasant man and a very pleasant experience
