Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Check-in was quick and the host was very welcoming and friendly. I easily found the apartment, it's a 4-minute walk from the central train station. The apartments are located on a bright, clean street and a neat entrance to the house. My room was clean, bright, as if renovated, with everything I needed. A nice bonus was the terrace, which overlooked a quiet street. I slept well before the trip to "Cinque terre". Thank you!

We were on a road trip across the Europe and stumbled on this place by accident and good reviews. This was the best place we stayed. ( stayed over 10 places on this trip ) The apartment was renovated into an older building and it was in a perfect location. Nights were quiet and it is only few minutes walk from the beach and all the restaurants. The apartment was super clean and nice. The host was excellent and gave us great tips from the area.
