We travel often and I hardly ever write reviews but feel compelled to leave one for the hosts of this property. We LOVED these hosts!!!!!! Honestly, the best hosts we have ever encountered. Communication after booking, prior to check-in and while there was excellent and I could not ask for kinder, more prompt or attentive responses. We arrived on a very early morning flight with four children. The hosts were so unbelievably considerate and had an assortment of cereal and milk waiting for us. It's a great location to KEF and to the bridge between continents. Often photos will make a space look larger than it is but this home was very spacious for our family of six. It was very clean and very well stocked. If we ever make it back to Iceland we will definitely stay with these hosts again. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality.

Guesthouse Maximilian is a recently renovated apartment in Keflavík, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. Nice and big apartment. Nothing was missing. The area nearby has services. We had breakfast with coffee and croissant in a Bakary 650 m from the apartment.

The family-run Blue Viking Studios is next to Keflavík Harbour and 3 km from Keflavík International Airport. Free WiFi and parking. The Blue Lagoon geothermal spa is within 20 minutes’ drive. Love the space and how clean the place was. It’s unusual to be able to have breakfast when we were leaving so early in the morning. When we were told we could help ourselves to breakfast we were very pleased with that.
