Very clean, spacious and the host actually put some treats for us (couple of beers, couple of water bottles, some sweets). Everything was great, I cannot think of a bad thing to say.

Guest House Renata1, a property with a garden, is located in Zadar, 1.6 km from Kolovare Beach, 1.8 km from Karma Beach, as well as 1.9 km from Podbrig Beach. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. One of the best accommodations I’ve stayed at. The house is a 5 minute walk from the bus station and the McDonald’s. Also, the room has its own bathroom with shower, its own fridge and even it’s own kitchen with plates, a stove and a sink. The air conditioning was also a nice detail, apart from the queen sized bed. Great value for money.

The apartment was newly renovated and had everything we needed. Great AC, lots of closet and drawer space, a mini fridge, table and chairs, coffee & tea, setup etc. It was also centrally located and very close to many public parking spaces along the harbor just outside the city gates.
