A Room With A View is situated in Kemp Town, on Brighton’s seafront. The Grade II listed Georgian building offers parking and free Wi-Fi. Loved this hotel. Decor very tasteful and very clean throughout. Staff welcoming and pleasant. Will be visiting Brighton several times a year in future to see family and will definitely be staying here. Parking a definite bonus.

The guest house itself is very cozy, beautiful & with special vibe. So... do I recommend it to you? - 100% yes!! & will I stay there again? - 1000% yes!! :))
