Seaside guest house a stone"s throw from the beach, a property with a garden, is set in Dawlish, 2.4 km from Teignmouth Town Beach, 2.7 km from Red Rock Beach, as well as 12 km from Newton Abbot... A lovely little studio with nicely stocked facilities. The sheets were lovely and soft, the bed very comfortable. There was a TV which we used to snuggle and watch a film on in the evening as it had Netflix access (may have also had others, we didn't check past Netflix). Everything was very clean and I always got a quick response if I needed help. Also, the scones, jam and cream in the fridge was a lovely surprise. I couldn't recommend this little place enough.

Situated in Braunton, in a historic building, 24 km from Lundy Island, The Brookfield is a guest house with a garden and shared lounge. A gorgeous, well appointed home. Chris was a welcoming host and happy to accommodate our needs. A treasure!

Breakfast menu was the best ever spoilt for choice.Graham and Sue were fantastic hosts, from the moment we arrived to when we left. They are really really great.
