All rooms include a balcony with garden views and free... the owners were very kind and very welcoming. they were also very helpful and flexible on time giving us great availability. the room is equipped with everything and is very very nice, it also has a beautiful covered veranda. chosen for the location near Nice it was very convenient and if we were to return to the area we will definitely return.

From the moment we arrived to Villa Angelus we realized the perfect location of the property. The first thing we like about about Villa Angelus is its breathtaking surroundings. Situated in a tranquil neighborhood, offering a peaceful relief from the energetic city and the beautiful gardens create a serene ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind and soak in the Mediterranean sun. The villa's close proximity to the center and to the promenade is another feature. Also the tram and bus is another option. For only 15 euros you can ride any bus and any tram in the city for one entire week. Villa Angelus is perfectly situated as a base for exploring the region. The iconic French Riviera is at your fingertips, with its glamorous towns like Cannes and Monaco just by taking the train in one of the many terminals (the tram or bus will take you there). Villa Angelus offers parking and this is another positive highlight because parking is very expensive in Nice. I also have to mention Delphine. She is a very nice tenant and she will help you with pleasure on anything you need. She speaks perfectly English, Spanish and of course the stunning French language.

Set within 1.5 km of Tardieu Cove and 1.6 km of Bonne Eau Cove, Villa Goonie offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Les Issambres. The villa has an amazing open view towards the ocean where we enjoyed sunrise every morning and we even watched moon rise for the first time on the ocean. Francois was very kind and attentive. Breakfast was served plentifully with homemade jams, eggs, cakes, pancakes, fruits, and even homemade yoghurt! Whenever we spent time at the pool, he always came by to offer drinks and snacks. Fantastic stay!

Boasting a bar and views of city, Demeure d'hôtes Le Rocher is a guest house set in a historic building in Valbonne, 10 km from Parfumerie Fragonard - The History Factory Grasse. A fabulous ‘petite’ hotel that has been beautifully renovated with some really nice design details . Rooms are spacious and comfortable . Location is perfect in a most stunning small town . Car park was only 3 minutes walk away …and free . We had a nice breakfast outside in narrow lane beside hotel . Would love to come back and stay longer .
