This was without doubt one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. The room was so spacious and due to the privacy curtains at every bed it didn't feel crowded at all. The facilities were always clean, the beds comfortable. I liked the inclusive breakfast and the common room. Super cozy and the atmosphere is great. The owners are also very nice. The location is perfect. Not too far from the beach or the city center, but also quiet. Overall I felt incredibly comfortable and safe, I would absolutly stay there again! Highly recommend (also to female solo travelers) 10/10

Located in Mazan and only 34 km from Papal Palace, Pura vida provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Guests staying at this guest house have access to a patio. Everything was great: wonderful host, very clean and very well equipped room, so quiet and chill. Coffee and madelenes were delicious. The small town has everything you need and sits in close proximity to Mt.Ventoux and many other beautiful places. Excellent parking spot for our motorbike.

Boasting a garden and views of inner courtyard, Les Pierres de Cézaire is a recently renovated guest house situated in Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne, 15 km from Parfumerie Fragonard - The History Factory... Very cosy apartment in the mountains, with a super friendly host. She gave us a welcome drink, re-made our beds (we wanted 2 single beds), gave us good advice about some places nearby and generally had a great chat with her. The breakfast was amazing too. We had a stroll in the evening and stumbled on an industrial site for perfumes, that was an interesting experience. In the morning she recommended a perfume factory to visit and so we did, and it was really worth it!

Set in Avignon centre, 500 metres from Avignon Central Station and less than 1 km from Papal Palace, Maison Boussingault offers accommodation with free WiFi and a terrace. Jean Paul provided a wonderful continental breakfast that included the best croissants and bread that he cycled to purchase every morning. The jams were homemade by Jean Paul - delicious! We were given a jar to take away with us, such was our host’s kindness. Jean-Paul suggested three very good restaurants, all within walking distance and recommended wine areas to visit. He was a superb host and contributed much to our enjoyment of Avignon. We loved our stay at Maison Boussingault.

Featuring pool with a view and views of mountain, AQUARIUS IN CASSIS, Chambres d'Hôtes is a recently renovated guest house set in Cassis, 1.2 km from Bestouan. The tranquility is exactly what I needed ! There aren't many rooms at the property, therefore it's really quiet and peaceful, all you hear is birds chirping and wind blowing. The view you wake up to is amazing, and the bed was definitely one of the best among the hotels I've stayed. The host Valerie, as well as the staff are very attentive, they made sure you feel at home and have everything you needed for a perfect holiday. Everything was perfectly clean, which is to me the most important for a comfortable stay.

Villa Aigarden maison d'hôtes in Avignon provides adults-only accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. The hotel is in a quiet, unexceptional street, but when you enter the property it is magical. There is a beautiful garden with a pool, the accommodation is beautifully furnished in a contemporary way, and the owners are very engaging and helpful. It felt like visiting a family rather than staying at a hotel. Because of its small size we had the opportunity to meet other guests which added to the trip. The old city is a less than a 10 minute walk. Highly recommended!
