Room very spacious and cozy. A good shower with high water pressure. Nothing was open in this hibernating village and we were super hungry after a long cycling day so the owner brought us a wonderful evening snack from his own fridge - which turned out to be a delicious homemade meal.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Maison JEROBOAM provides accommodation with water sports facilities and free WiFi. If you are wine tasting this is the place to stay, it is next door to one of the best in the area (Phelan Segur) and also about a 5 minute drive to many other very nice Chateus/Castles. The hosts could not be more accommodating and would 100% stay again.

Featuring a garden, an outdoor pool and garden views, Le Coeur des Vignes is located in Pauillac. Boasting luggage storage space, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Our host immediately upgraded us to an apartment which was lovely since we were staying 4 nights on the property. We arrived after the lunch hour but they prepared a nice lunch for us.

Located in Arsac, constructed in 1736, Château du Tertre welcomes you for an idyllic escape in the heart of the vines of the Margaux appellation. Amazing! Beautiful property, large rooms, excellent staff (thanks to Hugo & Manuel!), we loved it so much we would stay again the next time we are in the Bordeaux area. Opening our window to look into the vineyards was so beautiful and romantic. The winery tour was fantastic as were the additional meat & cheese trays in the evening. Quiet, peaceful and so perfect. I’d recommend to anyone visiting in the area

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Château Sénéjac is a recently renovated guest house set in Le Pian-Médoc, 16 km from Bordeaux Expo. Great Chateau with century of history, newly renovated. We enjoyed the time, the room was great and the breakfast was also. The host Pascal shared with us lot's of useful tips and was always at the best service. We enjoyed the vine tasting from this but also from other properties owned by the same family. Especially the vine from Chateau Talbot was extraordinary.

Boasting a garden, heated pool and garden views, SOCOA LE CABANON is situated in Lacanau. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The hosts were exceptionally warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I have travelled a lot all around the globe and I would say that this was one of my best stays. Very functional but yet cosy, private but if you wanted a chat with hosts they on hand but extremely discreet. An amazing garden, I felt I was in the tropics. The pool is fab, very clean and heated. But the hosts were on another level of niceness.
