The hotel's most important asset is iara.I'm lost in words on how to describe my appreciation to her outsanding customer service! She took an extra mile to ensure that I had a very comfortable experience even though we were communicating via Google translate! She helped since the moment I confirmed my booking and provided all necessary information I needed for transportation. She even got me the bus tickets ahead so I can catch it early without any delays trying to purchase it on the same day. Areas for improvement: - I stayed in room 5 and the cold was unbeatable. The 3 blanks in the room were useless. The hotel should invest in any sort of heating system. That being said, Having the bed under the windows with short curtains wasn't a good idea. .

It`s furnished sun terrace is surrounded by flowering gardens. it’s great área to stay and the staff are very polite. The food is great and all rooms is very clean!! My family and I enjoy to the building and the view and close to places that we visited. I really recommend this place. We are very satisfied with that.
