A lot of part finished developments (adjoining shopping mall / restaurants virtually all closed.) Took a taxi into Ho Tram itself (only 5 minutes) again like a ghost town. We stopped in this location to be able to play the Bluffs Golf Course (which was fantastic), there is no other reason to go there, it took over 3 hours to get back to Ho chi Ming airport.
