Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
This is a very comfortable cottage, with plenty of space for a couple, in a quiet neighbourhood. Its close enough to five points and the university to get around relatively easily
Probably the best guest house I have stayed at. The apartment is amazing. The garage door and screened porch allowed you to open up the whole space. So many thoughtful touches throughout the unit. The breakfast was so nice. Very easy to get in and out. Will be staying here for all future visits.
Also, a great value!
Great location in downtown within easy walk of UGA, restaurants, bars etc. Has a roof top bar which was a fantastic place to watch the sunset.
Excellent and very helpful staff. Great breakfast.
The rooms were comfortable. I thought the AC unit was a little loud when it switched on but it's not irritating. The rooms were clean and there were plenty of towels available. The place was really quiet that night.
We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. My main concern was whether the space was clean and it was very clean! The space is located in a great location, the area was quiet, and convenient for our purpose of the trip.
The breakfast was good. Hot food unlike some hotels who only provide bagels and coffee. The staff is very nice and helpful. This was a great location for our visit to Athens.
Hotel Indigo in Athens Georgia is a classy hotel full of style. It’s in a great location, within walking distance from downtown. I stayed in one of the penthouses on the top floor.
Great room, again much attention is paid to the design of the room. I really felt at home.
Staff at the hotel is friendly.
Fantastic beautiful home, amazing beds, great host
