Decent accommodation although it seemed better in the pictures, but it's a comfortable space and has air conditioner. Conveniently located near town's center and with easy access to restaurants and supermarkets.

The stay was pleasant, the bed was comfortable and the room had an AC and TV. From the corridor we could access a terrace with a beautiful view and I wish we had the same view from the window of our room (you would need to pay a bit more for that option). A huge plus was the breakfast which had a lot of options - fruits, breads, pastry, yogurts, cereals, cookies... (however don't expect cooked things like eggs, pancake).

The restaurant in the first floor was a good thing. Good price for a good food. Parking in front the hotel. The breakfast was limited but enough, with breads, coffee, orange juice, cheese, ram, butter, jelly, and that is it.

everything, location the views and the staff very gently.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
All the friendliness of the staff, and the lots of quiet time for relaxation in the lounge area and also outside on the grass. Being on a walking distance so close to the Village of Campo do Gerês and having a Bus stop just outside the hostel is also great.
We all really loved our stay at Villa dos Santos - the house is comfortable with lots of light and beautiful views of the surrounding hills and trees. The garden and pool were lovely to relax in after a day sightseeing. The hosts were accommodating and welcoming too. The house is located in a quiet location but with good access to some of the beautiful nature spots within this part of Gerês national park. I didn't really want to leave!
The house is just perfect. Very tastefully designed, spotlessly clean and in quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen. Big outside area with view of the lake and barbeque. The hosts are very friendly, they welcomed us upon arrival and even put some products for a breakfast in the fridge. Walking distance to the lake beach and 30 minutes from the Peneda Geresh.
Probably the best hostel I've stayed in. It was on my cycle route and had awesome mountain views. Safe bike storage. Although there wasn't a kitchen, a kettle, microwave, cutlery and pottery were provided in the common room. Vending machines were on site, and bottled beer. I had a twin room booked , but as it was very quiet I should have gone for the cheaper bunk room option. Breakfast was continental, but plenty of it.
great location. very quiet, clean and cozy. hosts are absolutely amazing, always ready with great tips for the surroundings. breakfast is great, with lots of local products served. loved the fact that you can come and go as you please, allowing you to roam around as you wish. lovely little balcony, great pool area. lots of connections with local suppliers.
all decor and details are thought-out and very beautiful.
