Manabu, the owner of the guest house is laidback and nice, and can speak English. The guest house is clean and cozy. It is close to one of the most divine caves called “Blue Cave” in Onna village, impressive Cape Zanpa, Yachimun Pottey village, serene beaches and many high quality cafes and restaurants. Manabu and his wife also own a cafe called Blue Point. I highly recommend to stay here and explore Yomitan village. My favorites were going snorkeling and experiencing scuba diving at the Blue Cave, which were once-in-a-lifetime adventures. You will get to experience first-hand how truly blue the ocean of Okinawa is!

The room was very clean and spacious. It is off the beaten path, very quiet. There is a fantastic small grocery store nearby that also sells fresh prepared meals. The location is convenient to go anywhere on the island and a short drive away from the shops and restaurants in Uruma. Last but not least the owner was very kind and considerate.
Just a 6-minute walk from Moon Beach and 0.7 miles from Fuchaku Beach, Buzz Resort features accommodations in Onna, with free bikes, a garden, and a bar.

The location was good: very close to the main bus station (Moon Beach Mae) and fairly close to the OIST. The building and the decoration of the room have distinguishing features. The facility (e.g., Wifi or air conditioning) and the cleanliness are also great, with a fairly large room and a fair price. All in all, an excellent choice fairly near to the OIST.
Yoko House in Uruma provides accommodations with a terrace, barbecue facilities, and a shared lounge. This guest house features free private parking, a shared kitchen, and free Wifi.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
A splendid two-story house with great location. There were three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two parking spaces were available and just perfect for us. Highly recommended.
Excellent experience with Yomitan Condhotel ND:

+ Charming rooms and decor
+ Great room and bathroom amenities
+ Cozy rooftop terrace
The Host is soo friendly and the Overall vibe in the Hostel is super familiar and Kind. Had my best stay here so far, being two weeks in Japan. The beds are also super comfortable. Highly recommend this place!
The host is super friendly and really acknowledged, he is open to other cultures and is willing to share his opinion towards the history! I like his breakfast so delicious!
The location was great if you have a car with you. Close to great snorkelling areas and good food options. There is a delicious cafe right next door. The host was very friendly and rented us snorkelling gear for the day.
Large apartment room with laundry facilities and kitchen and a balcony with stunning view of the shoreline. Host kind enough to provide laundry detergent as well. Location is a bit hard to reach without much entertainment around, however there is a lawson round the corner and the hotel nearby has an amazing restaurant. Very quiet neighbourhood.
The beach, the pool area and the view from my room were lovely. The location was good, it was a quiet area and less developed than other parts of Okinawa. If you have a car, this is a great location from which to explore the whole island both north and south
The cozy vibes and down to earth style! Host is very chill and kind. Can’t really think how he runs it with this cheap price when he offers free snackable breakfast for the guests!
The room and the facilities were clean and comfortable. You can use the kitchen and there's a living room with tatami. Washer and dryer are available too. There are not many things going on around as it locates in a quiet residential area, but the cafe right next to the guesthouse serves great felafel and superb coffee. Last but not least, the owner was really friendly and helpful-- thank you!
Ryota is the best host!!
He is always kind and present and try to help with everything.
I suggest this guesthouse if you are a solo travel and you would like to meet other people.
We had dinner together, played music, had karaoke..
I also was dressed up with Japanese dress for my birthday :)
