Everything. The bed was so comfortable and you'll get good value for your money !
Mino is a gem, unless you been there before. The bus stop is just outside the door, if you don't have your own wheels. The old couple who runs the Guesthouse is so kind and helpful. If I was to go to Mino again, this would be my choice of accommodation, every time.

The Guest House was everything it promised. A warm and welcoming place, a lovely host who was very supportive and very comfortable beddings. Though our time was very short there, we enjoyed it very much and keep it as a special memory.

Location was good. Easily walking distance to everything in town.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The host was really sweet. We all shared a meal and chatted for a while. He helped us plan where to go in the city as well. Sadly couldn't stay for long :(
Location is amazing, peaceful and beautiful place to calm down, relax, do sports, and other activities.
The host is very friendly and helpful, thank you so much!
Everything. Ike san was the most responsive host during our trip. He gave us valuable recommendations on what to do around the area. His house is beautiful and idyllic. Tiny details show how much Ike san cares about this guests. The location is easily accessible by car and the drive is so picturesque. Highly recommend that you come in summer and enjoy Kayaking time or skiing in winter. We stayed in March, it’s cold but he gave us very thick quilt and we slept soundly through the night.
Mr Ike is a really friendly and helpful local who gave very good recommendations. He also provides Kayaking lessons at the Nagaragawa. Mino is a quaint and quiet place with many interesting eateries; ask Mr Ike where to go and you will get a one-of-a-kind experience!
Ikegami-san was a fantastic and very thoughtful host throughout our stay. He picked us up from Udatsu, drove us to get food for dinner, showed us the Nagara river, figured out our train schedules for the next day, coordinated with the Udatsu visitor center to store our bags, took us to the Mino Washi museum. We'd love to visit again when we need time away from crowds, natural scenery, and the chance to meet other travelers.
