From the location to the style and finish of the property we were blown away.
The room we stayed in was comfortable for the 3 of us and the rest of the accommodation was full of friendly atmosphere despite only seeing a few faces throughout our stay.

Great stay, really comfortable rooms, fantastic location. Rooms perfectly warm and cosy with thermostat controlled radiator. Kitchen brilliantly resourced, everything you could need. A kitchen and a bathroom on each of the two floors plus another of each on the third floor where there's a communal lounge. Kind, helpful owners who looked after our luggage after checkout as well as letting us take our towels swimming the same afternoon. Easy to use key box for check in if arriving after 6pm.

Although design and finishes were abit dated, it had everything required for a comfortable stay! A well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds! Having a secondary entrance that led to the carpark was really convenient for luggage moving.

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The hosts were wonderful and so helpful and friendly. They encouraged me to do some of the activities in town (like the Oceanside hot baths). It was an experience I might have skipped and it was just wonderful. The house is quiet and super clean and comfy. But the friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts really made it a special stay. Thank you
Fully equipped home away from home. Heaps of room. Warm and welcoming. Info on local attractions. Friendly hosts. We were only at the start of our trip so didn't need to use the excellently appointed laundry washers and dryers. Appliances generally all very modern. The location was very quiet, no traffic or neighbour noise.
Cozy, nice, quiet, near the ocean, Tata the dog, great location to view the Northern Lights if they appear. We went as a group of four (two couples) and it was great.
Small guesthouse - only 2 rooms, so even though the bathroom is shared, it's clean and cozy. The owners are wonderful, very nice, polite, introduced everything well, even prepared bed and toys for the baby. There was a cozy kitchen with a basket of food for breakfast to be shared with the other room. Very quiet. The area is lovely too to walk around to the lighthouse.
Hosts has been extremely friendly and helpful. The place is spotless, and the kitchen was very well equipped. We could also use the washing machine and drier. The guesthouse has two rooms, a double and a tween bed and a very cosy living room. We enjoyed every minute and were very sad not staying longer. It was one of the best guesthouses we saw in Iceland.
We had a great stay. Room was quiet big with comfortable beds. Shared kitchen was very well equipped. And host even left some breakfast which was a lovely surprise!
Great host, she had no problem with waiting a few hours for our arrival, nice cozy rooms, really great outstanding breakfast, clean bathroom, everything nice looking and comfortable
This was a great location for a short weekend- not a bad drive from Keflavik, close to Reykjavik with much more peacefulness, access the Snaefellnes Peninsula is ideal from here. Groceries and petrol in town. The property has plenty of parking for guests, the hosts were very accommodating and let us check in a bit early. Wonderful little kitchen set up and comfortable space for two for a weekend. We appreciated the blackout shades for the midnight sun.
