    Great location, Cleanliness and quality of finish in room and property were exceptional. Great breakfast. Great hosts, very knowledgeable about the area.. Close to tiny bay of Waterwinch. Walking into Tenby and Saundersfoot possible. But buses available if required. Would stay at this location anytime. It was great.

    Jeremy was a superb host, nothing was too much trouble. Room 6 was compact but had everything we needed, was spotless and quiet. The bed was very cosy and linen was good quality. The breakfast hamper was excellent, easy to to order and delivered to our room. Great location for the beach and wondering around Tenby. Careful of sunburn....

    Great location close to seafront and town. Very clean and well maintained. Room very comfortable and had all you needed. Tea, coffee and chocolate in room and can be topped up whenever you need it. Cookies in our room on arrival. Best full English I’ve had in a guest house and plenty of other choices as well. Sam and Julie are excellent hosts, very welcoming and looked after us well. Lovely touches like umbrella available and beach things for the kids Wi-Fi very good and free
