The apartment was super clean - not a speck of dust anywhere.
The whole accommodation was very spacious and, as has been mentioned in other reviews, the photos really don't do it justice re space and facilities. It had everything you need for a long or short stay.
The large balcony was wonderful - very peaceful with loungers if you wanted to sunbathe.
The location is a bit out of town, but there's a path behind house that takes you to the area of Cotta where you can catch either a 1 or 12 tram, or 68 bus into the city centre. There is a bus stop 100 metres from the property, but it seems it only appears if you call ahead 20 minutes before, which we didn't know until we were waiting for the bus so a walk it was. The area is quite hilly, but the walk into Cotta from behind the property is much easier (it's basically flat until you reach the stairs) than walking through the neighbourhood.
Easy parking.
The host was on hand if needed, but not at all intrusive. Language was a barrier, but we had no problems, so no need to test that area ;-)
Boasting a charming architectural design and well-kept garden, this nonsmoking guest house is a relaxing port of call near Dresden’s heathland. Free WiFi access is available.

It was a pleasure to be the guest of this wonderful Villa. The host is amazing, very welcoming and was always anticipating our needs.
The room was clean, cozy and warm.
Location is perfect: we visited Dresden before Christmas and it took 10 min by bus to reach the Alterplatz, which is located walkable distance from the old center. By the way, there is a nice Christmas fair 2 min walk from the Alterplatz.
It is a surprisingly quiet and safe district of Dresden, I would never choose another one, even closer to the center.
Complementary mulled wine at the reception made our days even more pleasant :)
If there is a chance to visit this marvelous city again, I will definitely return to this Villa 🥰
P. S. It looks like a little museum inside - historical paintings on the walls and a bit tricky but very beautiful spiral staircase leading to the attic rooms!
This family guest house is a historic villa in the Loschwitz district of Dresden, 2297 feet from the Blue Wonder Bridge. Dresden city center is a 12-minute drive away, and Wi-Fi is free for guests.
This comfortable, family-run guest house conveys an Aztec-Mexican ambiance and is located in a central yet peaceful location in Neustadt, the trendy area of Dresden.

The staff were friendly and understanding. Very close to the tram stations and also to some eateries and grocery stores. The shared toilet was cleaned everyday and they were also in great condition. There was also a sink in the room and the room had plenty of hangers!
This peacefully located, 3-star hotel in Dresden occupies a historic villa dating back to the turn of the 20th century. Enjoy the free breakfast buffet before exploring beautiful Dresden.
This stylish hotel is only 10 minutes from the city center, offers stunning views of the river Elbe and the Old Town and provides an ideal base for your visit to Dresden.
This family-run guest house is quietly located just 1969 feet from Dresden Heath. Pension Arcade features free Wi-Fi, luggage storage and a large garden.

breakfast was fantastic
super friendly staff
room met expectations but feels a bit "squeezed" - but perfect for staying over night
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the convenient parking was a great bonus. Despite being located near the main train station, the area was clean and surprisingly quiet. The hotel's location is also quite convenient, just a pleasant 15-minute walk through charming streets to reach the city center.
Very warmful welcome from hosts, everything automated, great location in the city center. Tasty coffee on a kitchen, fast internet, great bed, new apartment and super comfortable.

Great location, great apartment with view on the Frauenkirche. Although it is right in de hart of Dresden, at night it was really quiet. Parking is great, cheaper than the public parking garage. The apartment had a lot of space and a great bath. I really enjoyed the stay. Did not use the breakfast possibility at 5start hotel, but I am sure this would have been nice as well. Dresden is a beautiful city and this place gives you the opportunity to fully enjoy it.
3 minutes from railway station, 10 minutes to city centre, great location. Room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was tasty and it had many options. Personnel was really nice and helpful.
Good value for money.
We took a private room with a shared bathroom as we stayed only for 1 night, and it was nice for the price.
Room was good size, quiet at night.
There is tram in front of the hostel that will take you to city center.
Shower was quite clean, but only one towel per person.
Exceptional stay in a great little boutique pension with high standards in a great location.Easy tram ride to the major sights of Dresden.Superb breakfast buffet.Nice people to deal with who make you welcome. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.Overall a pleasure to stay there.
