The facilities in the apartment are excellent for a family, a couple or a solo traveller. Most of all the host, Maureen, provided clear information and instructions for our arrival and departure and was always on hand to provide any additional assistance when required. The service really is 5 star.

Restaurant ambience could be improved but the food was good at dinner and especially at breakfast. Spacious rooms and nice pool and sauna which could be pre-booked for private enjoyment. Consuelo was extremely helpful to upgrade our room to a quieter floor for the second night.

Situated on a hill with very beautiful stairs leading past the place. Kitchen is located in a separate building from hostel so you don't have to smell what everyone is cooking.

Large comfy dorms with big lockers, great common space to hang around and no less than 2 kitchens (one for vegetarians) with free fresh coffee, tea and cake (if you're lucky 😊). Staff are very friendly and Pierre, the owner, obviously cares a lot about his guests. Good value too - Puerto Varas isn't cheap. Surely hope to be back!

The shared rooms (kitchen and chill area) are huge and well equipped. They also offer a secure parking space. We felt very safe and welcome.
