We absolutely loved this hostel. We had room 8 with a beautiful view and a private terrace. We spent our entire rest day here enjoying the restful atmosphere and watching the tide go in and out. We made use of the lovely common spaces in the hostel as well. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in Chile, with hearty homemade seed bread, fresh fruit and yogurt, and eggs made to order. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Loved staying in a palafito! It was nice to be on the water. The shared living space was very cozy with the fireplace and the deck a nice place to relax!
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
A treasure of a hostel, so charming. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything is supurb, warm, cosy, great kitchen, nice bathrooms, fantastic location. Characterful and delightful. You won't regret booking!
The house was so quaint and comfortable. The check in experience was so easy, and my host gave great recommendations. It was very fun to be staying in a palafito in Castro! She even let me borrow a raincoat, because I didn't have one.
Great hostel a short walk away from the city center. The staff is great and happily answers all your questions. They give good advice on what to do. It's fairly clean. Basically, everything you need. Luggage storage available. Totally recommend this place!
