    This is the new, modern building. The room is comfortable and spacious, as well as the bathroom. Super clean, firm beds, perfect for sleeping. Quiet location, small river is near, making the air a little bit more fresh during the hot summer nights (we didn't need the AC). Hosts are welcoming, responsive and didn't mind that we arrived after the check in time. Spacious parking in the garden.

    A wonderful place, quiet and super convenient. Some 10 Point hosts, very welcoming and professional. Everything is as described and looks exactly as promoted. Kitchen has everything that you need. Appliances are new with Air Conditioners. Balcony to enjoy a morning coffee with a beautiful sunrise and sunset at night.

    I recently stayed at Sea & Sun Apartment in Orikum and it was fantastic. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The view from the balcony was a lovely bonus. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to shops and very close to the beach. The host was responsive and provided great local tips. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and convenient stay. I’ll definitely be back!

    We loved this little bungalow. Location was perfect right on the beach. Great host and staff. Nothing was too much trouble and you were really made to feel like you were visiting old friends. Breakfast was delicious.

    The host was very kind and helpful. I love starting my mornings with breakfast on the balcony, enjoying the stunning mountain view and a tiny bit of sea view. The apartment was very nice, it had everything you might need. The town's charming cafes, fish market, and grocery stores were just a short stroll away, making it convenient to explore. Plus, with free parking around the building and the beach within walking distance, it was the perfect location.
