Located 2.7 km from Rye Ocean Beach, Links Lodge at The Dunes offers 4-star accommodation in Rye and features a shared lounge, a restaurant and a bar. Links Lodge is situated at The Dunes Golf Links, one of Australia's top public golf courses. The lodging is located on the Mornington Peninsula, where several high quality public golf courses are located. I started playing golf at The Dunes in 2007 on my first trip to Australia and have regularly played there on many trips. The stylish rooms offer good space and have modern shower and plumbing fixtures. The nearby clubhouse offers a menu with good breakfast and lunch. Golf tee times can be reserved, unless the stay is booked at times when course is closed to public play, such as when large multiday tournaments are held. I've found it possible on most trips to the area to get tee times at The Dunes. I usually stay at a small cottage nearby but this time it was unavailable part of my stay. I would consider the Links Lodge at The Dunes for another stay on future visits. There are in room safes offer an extra layer of security for those concerned about safeguarding travel documents. The lodging is fairly new and opened in the last few years. It is separated from the main clubhouse by a short distance and each unit has parking which is separate from common parking areas. My room was a two minute walk to the restaurant and clubhouse.

Ideally located opposite Blairgowrie beach, the Yacht Club and Marina, Boathouse Resort Studios and Suites offers free WiFi, an outdoor swimming pool and BBQ facilities. The property was really well appointed and the room was fantastically clean and super comfortable. The reception staff was welcoming and helpful. The location was superbe - right across from the beach and next to a lovely cafe/restaurant. It was "Schoolies Week" which could have been horrid but the property was cocooned in its own nice quiet complex.

Located in Rye, 1.2 km from Rye Beach and 1.7 km from Rosebud Beach, Waters Edge Apartment offers air conditioning. The location is great. The apartment is very clean, and has all the equipments I need for a short stay apartment. We had a quiet Christmas at this beach house in Rye, it was lovely.

Mt Martha Villas in Mount Martha provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a terrace. The 5-star villa has garden views and is a few steps from Hawker Beach. It was perfectly located, very quiet with little kitchen and on a beautiful property.

Amazing luxury accommodation in the perfect location, walking distance to everything. thr accommodation was extremely clean and very functional with plenty of space.
