The Eco Retreats safari tents offer classy camping-style accommodation, set on elevated floors with deluxe beds, private en suite bathroom, kitchenette and large patio with private BBQ facilities. I don’t know where to begin with this place! It really is something very unique and special! The cottages are set in a lovely secluded bush setting above Lorne. My mom and I stayed in the 2 bedroom horizons cottages. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the cottage was fully equipped. The hosts were only a phone call away for any questions. The absolute highlight for me was all the lovely, friendly Cockatoos and Rosellas who came to visit our deck. The hosts even provide a tub of food for them! Interacting with these beautiful birds was a big highlight of our holiday!

Great experience in the tiny house. Hosts were thoughtful and ensured our comfort. She turned on the heater before we arrived:)

This tent offers a fireplace. Providing free toiletries and bathrobes, this tent includes an external private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The location was sublime- so restful and quiet, incredibly peaceful. The brekkie was beautiful, everything was fresh and from their own garden with tomatos, eggs, lemons and then avo and pastries/breads. I expected my husband to come along but he didn't make it, which was disappointing, but I really enjoyed my solo stay there. Anthea greeted me and maintained a respectful balance which was considerate and Stu helped sort out some eggs for me. Their little place is a nest bristling with nurture and it's impossible not to be enveloped in the labour of love there. What a gem!

They went over and above to make my partner feel special on his birthday, with a little birthday tray of goodies. We had dinner by the fire (set up by M and K!!). They even left us some blankets and flowers🥰 Couldn't have asked for better hosts. The tiny home itself was comfortable for our one night stay. It was cold overnight so we were thankful for the heating unit just above the bed. We loved the long window by the bed so we could stare out at the trees from bed. I'd recommend it! The photos of the tiny house are accurate. There are 2 tiny homes for rent at the property, we stayed at the one which was Not by the water. Highly recommend it!
