The host contact us ahead of time to give us exact location, this really helped a lot. The host was always available with prompt responses to any questions. Always made us feel welcomed. Everything was very smooth from pick up of keys to drop off. There was also help available with our suitcases to the apartment, Hassan. I would book this again if i was to return in the future. The breakfast is great and you can find a very nice variety of food. The staff is helpful and will receive you with a big smile. The location is not terrible; you have to walk 15 to 20 minutes to the Medina.
