Breakfast was very good...plenty of choice for a Continental breakfast with the option of paying a little extra for full English. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean with a comfy bed. Good air conditioning. Great for a short stay. Booking into our room early as it was ready ahead of check in time, was really advantageous.

So clean, with friendly staff and a fantastic selection for breakfast. The Yurt cafe right on the doorstep is an awesome bonus. We loved it! We arrived early to leave our bags and when we came back to check in, our bags had already been taken to our room which was a nice touch. We booked a superior room, the bed was comfy and good size. Modern bathroom with a good shower. The room was perfectly clean throughout and good air conditioning which was welcomed in the heat.

The flat was also nicely furnished, had a well-equipped kitchen with appliances, and was supplied with various sundries (coffee pods, hand soap, washing machine pods, toiletries, etc) so that we were all set. Our host was excellent and very responsive and accommodating.

I have been in many hotels in England and this is the first one with perfect air conditioning. Lovely reception staff, helpful and approachable. Very comfy bed and nice amenities. Affordable considering the location.

Minutes from the underground station and access to London Cable Cars and O2. Beds comfy, Equipped kitchen & towels are provided by the lovely host. It’s been very whilst we’ve stayed and host also provided two air conditioning units for us to keep the place cool for us. Amazing!! Property has a balcony area & access to a lovely roof terrace area with spectacular views and also a swimming pool in adjacent building.

There was a sofa, dressing table with complimentary water and biscuits. Toiletries in the bathroom. Blackout curtains and air conditioning.
