Sera Lake Resort Hotel is set in Trabzon, overlooking Sera Lake, 32 km from Çal Cave and 35 km from Hıdırnebi Plateau. Uzungöl with its lush nature is located 111 km away. Everything was great, the views from the rooftop was beautiful and there is a playground for kids to play in, the location is nearby the city (we saw there was a bus stop nearby however its best to get there by a car), had the free turkish bath(the place is spotlessly clean and well maintained), the room is spacious, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this place to anyone to stay here after/before a visit to sumela monastery.

Breakfast nice and staff was so good and speak very well English. But one of reception staff Fatima ( Fotos) so kind, speak English very well and always I saw the smiley face. When we enter in hotel she offer us tea coffee and water and this is exceptional. When we leave the hotel she came to parking and say bye bye to us with beautiful smile. Really she is amazing woman we never forget her

I highly recommend Kuhla hotel for family stay in Trabzon. In general we as family enjoyed our stay in hotel and was impressed with the excellent and fast service from all the staff.
