Harriet and Martin are really lovely Hosts and went above and beyond during our stay, although we didn't need much. Our little flat was great and had everything we needed incl. a very well equipped kitchen. Be aware that the location is very rural, which is exactly what I was looking for. So if you love that you will like this little gem as much as we did. Thank you for everything and hopefully see you again next time we're in Ireland.

Overlooking the Wicklow Mountains and Blessington Lakes, the award-winning Abhainn Ri Cottages offers self-catering accommodation with free WiFi and free onsite parking. The cottages were so comfortable and much bigger than we expected. Kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to cook all our meals. The views were stunning, the farm animals were so friendly and entertained the kids all day long. This was the best place we have ever stayed and will return again. The cottage had 4 single beds and 1 queen with super comfortable linens. 3 bathrooms. Wood burning stove. It was super clean. And had a washer/dryer. Amazing place for families.

Really charming B&B, with gourgeous Christmassy atmosphere (beginning of December), with great attention to tiniest details. The host Daphe was super nice and friendly, the home cooked breakfast delicious. Our room was very nice, cosy and comfortable. The town is perfect basis for a trip to the Glendalough site.

Breakfast required patience but was delicious. The location is ideal for an easy stroll into town. Reception were helpful for storing bags. Lots of free parking.

Hard to single out a particular thing as our two day stay was thoroughly enjoyable. All the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The smell of burning wood from the open fire in the reception lounge. The outdoors hot tub is so enjoyable. Everything in the spa is spotless and very well maintained (swimming pools, sauna, steam room) and comfortable. We did not opt for the fine dining restaurant but enjoyed tasty light food in the confortable bar-lounge.
