Facing the beachfront, Hyperion City Hotel & Spa offers 4-star accommodation in Chania Town and has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and shared lounge. We stayed in this hotel with my wife and our one-year-old for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They would always greet us with a smile and ask if everything was ok. They even offered us vouchers for free drinks at the hotel's bar during check-in. The bedroom was very spacious, modern and clean. The cleaners even folded our clothes. We had asked for a baby cot, and even with that, we had plenty of space in the room. The mini bar in the room was free, and there were water bottles, soft drinks, a small wine, and coffee and tea. We didn't get a chance to dive into the pool, but we did relax for a while at the pool's sunbeds, which were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and every day, they even had a new addition. It was a 10-minute walk from the old city center so we didn't even have to move our car. There is private parking in the basement of the hotel, but the spots are limited, and you have to book in advance. We were not aware, but there were plenty of free parking spots on the streets around the hotel.

Located in the centre of Chania, Kydon Hotel is opposite of the main market hall and just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town and the Venetian Harbour. Very clean and friendly staff. Great facilities and excellent location.

Inea Sole Hotel has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a restaurant and bar in Kato Daratso. The hotel is great, clean and the location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk from 3-4 beaches. Also the bus going to Chania stops 2 minutes away from the hotel. The a la carte breakfast is awesome and feels like you went to a fancy restaurant. Everyone from the staff is extremely helpful, responsive and friendly. Karina was great in providing us with local recommendations and making sure we were well looked after and always greeted us with a smile.

I want to give a special shout out to Joanna, Bill, George and Helena who consistently went above and beyond to make our stay a perfect one. They we're courteous, attentive and generally care about their guests. We also fell in love with Belita (We called her Shelley) the cat who lives by the hotel. She is beautiful and we hope she gets to stay safe. We will be back.

Really nice room and kitchen. Practically new. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to get there. Staff is kind and helpful. They greet us with cupcakes.

Attractively situated in Chania Town, SanSal Boutique Hotel features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SanSal Boutique Hotel for part of our honeymoon. The location was absolutely perfect with an easy walk to many restaurants and shopping in the old town. But it was the wonderful staff that made our stay truly exceptional – everyone was very friendly and helpful, and made us feel at home throughout our stay with personal touches. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning, and drinks and food at the rooftop pool bar were good. It was also very helpful to have parking right at the hotel (we would have had a lot of trouble parking in other areas of the city).
