The friendly nature of the staff was really welcoming. The room was pretty good with cleanliness maintained and all required amenities included. The great thing was the size of the room which was more than sufficient.

There was no one in the restaurant during breakfast lunch or dinner. There was no service in short. The hotel is locked until 7.30 am. I tried to go out at 6am on the 16th, but the doors were locked . No answer from reception . No security guard to open the door. If there was an emergency the patient could have died! It took me until 6.45 to locate some women the the basement and then some man came from outside and opened the door, by which time the purpose of my going out was lost forever. This is an awful place dealing in lies and false advertising and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and service was attentive and efficient,specially sweet lady - Akangcha. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. 100% recomended.

It has spectacular views all around the property. Very well maintained property. Beautiful majestic old era rooms. Very tasty, excellent quality food. It is well worth the stay. Very close to Pemyangtse Monastery, Rabdentse Ruins and the Sky walk. We can get a beautiful sunrise veiw from Pemyangtse Monastery and the view of the reflection of the morning sun on the Kanchenjunga Mountains from Elgin Mount Pandim is breathtaking.
