Location was great It was perfect for our stay - roads were closed due to floods and we could not continue with our journey to south wales from Manchester airport. Staff were extremely welcoming and organised a room quickly. They were very helpful. On leaving hotel the next day the manager assisted us with a variety of routes to get to motorway.

Modern hotel with excellent facilities. Access to adult only members bar was a plus. Food and drink menu in the bar was good. I opted for breakfast both mornings in the hotel bar after reading previous reviews on the hotel breakfast for £16. The hotel bar breakfast was excellent quality and better value also. The bedroom was also comfortable, the shower was excellent too.

Great communication, good location, modern and comfortable. A perfect place for a little getaway. Toiletries provided. Very comfortable bed and sofa. A little noisy with the pubs but all noise stopped before midnight and it was silent during the night.

Very friendly welcome and a very stylish room. The breakfast was superb with plenty of options. The rooms are situated above a busy and noisy cafe bar - but the soundproofing is phenomenal - we couldn't hear a thing. Bathroom was very nice if a little on the small side. The location was perfect for us - pretty much in the centre of town.

The location is 3 mins walk from the railroad station right at the city centre. It is still quite quiet and the view is great. There is everything you need - from spare towels to washing/drying machines and olive oil. It is spacious, with easy access and a comfortable bed.
