Being able to do your own coffee in the room in the miring - makes allllll the difference. Susan Kaufmann soap and body cream show how the guest is valued. Stayed in a chalet, which was perfect for a two week stay. We had access to all the hotel facilities as well as having some self-reliance. It was great being able to use the pool and spa area. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to Vandans ski lift with a hotel shuttle bus if you don't feel like walking. Superb food in the restaurant.

We arrived too late for the normal check-in. I contacted the hotel via Booking the moment I saw we were running late, they answered quickly and arranged everything for us.
