Room is spacious and comfortable, small desk for working at, massive bed, large bathroom with bath/shower etc. Wifi is good (I had numerous video calls and had no problems). The pool and views from that area are lovely. The gym is small but does the job (plenty of outdoor exercise equipment at the beach too). Downstairs are plenty of useful shops, bhan mi, pharmacy, restaurants. Staff are helpful and trustworthy (most speak very little if any English, but will happily use Google translate app with you if you need to converse) - they are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good, the hot foods vary daily, and there was always at least 2-3 dishes I enjoyed. 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Very good value for money. I extended my stay multiple times because I loved the place.

Incredible place, very good breakfast, views from the room, a lot of things to do inside the hotel as well. They are surely earned their 5 stars, and I was very surprised with the price-value ratio. Staff people were incredibly helpful: special thanks to Wendy for helping us reaching Da Lat in such comfort. We even stayed in December when we came back, because the first time was just super! Some incredible memories.

The hospitality of the hotel staff was amazing, they were super friendly and even recommended local places to eat at. They helped us with our bags and made the checking in/out process very easy. The breakfast had great variety. The pool was nice. The hotel is far away enough from central Nha Trang so it is quiet and peaceful at night but a 15 minute drive if you want to enjoy the night life.

This was an extraordinary stay at an extraordinary hotel. The only one in town which has greenery on the facade, which is not only beautiful but also ecologically beneficial. The beautiful architectural blend of traditional Vietnamese bamboo and clay elements perfectly sets the ambiance. But the most outstanding part was the staff - the hotel manager took such extraordinary care of us, we have never seen something like this. My wife had food poisoning, and him and his team gave us medicine and the following days were very gentile and caring, bringing fresh ginger tea without asking, and were all around amazing and kind. We can absolutely recommend this place to anyone who knows the difference between a good and a great hotel.
